Help and Instructions
The news can be played directly from this webpage, with no downloading or waiting required!. Use the drop down list at the top of the screen to select an edition of the news to play. The various tracks will list out down the screen and the
first track will be highlighted ready to play. To begin playback, press the play button. After a track has finished playing, the next track
will be selected automatically and will start to play.
Controls at the top of the screen allow the current track to be played, paused or stopped, and the next and previous track to be selected.
A progress bar shows how much of the selected track has been played. You can click on this progress bar to skip back and forward through the track.
Volume controls allow the volume of the track to be changed. Your computer will also have volume controls, which may need to be adjusted accordingly.
Download Tracks as MP3
There are two options for downloading the news in MP3 format to play on your PC, Laptop, MP3 player, phone, tablet or other mobile device.
1) To download just one or two separate tracks, click on the MP3 link on the right hand side of each track name.
2) To download the complete news recording as one single MP3, click on the MP3 Download link at the top of the screen.
Podcasting lets you automatically receive the latest news as soon as it's available. You will need a podcast to use this feature. Some popular (and free) programs are:-

You can "subscribe" to receive a podcast, rather like you might subscribe to a magazine and get it delivered each week. All of our podcasts are free, and you can stop receiving the files at any time.
